Selected to perform three of her solos at the Melbourne Recital Centre in "Top Class Dance". Awarded the prestigious Premier's Award for Academic Excellence in VCE VET Dance

Kelsey was first introduced to dancing at age of 3 in Singapore where she lived from the ages of 3 to 7. After returning back to Australia in 2004, Kelsey started her training at The Jane Moore Academy of Ballet. Kelsey studied Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Contemporary. It was here that she developed her love for dance and was trained with technical precision and style. She was a successful competitor in dance eisteddfods all over Victoria, Kelsey discovered her passion for the stage. At age 16, Kelsey was involved in Paul Malek's Contemporary Youth Company "Project Y" performing the piece "Apocalypse" with 30 other talented young dancers aged 11 – 22. She also underwent Paul Malek's Short Course in Contemporary Dance and Improvisation at the age of 18, which further enhanced her skills as a dancer and choreographer. Kelsey started teaching at the age of 16 and began teaching at TRADD in 2014. She is held in high esteem by all of her students and is passionate about improving their technical ability whilst also instilling in them a love for dance. Kelsey teaches Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz classes as well as competition solos and troupes.
Kelsey is in her 2nd year at Deakin University for her Bachelor /Masters of Education (teaching).
